Most of us know the feeling of being disconnected from our voice, we get that emotional lump in our throats, we feel our sound get weak and trembly often when we we're about to speak in public or enter into important conversations. Fear in the mind takes over and our body and voice can feel detached from our mind. We risk losing confidence in crucial moments. In this introductory class, well begin to explore our voices with sound and movement. I'll pass along some actor/ singer tricks of the trade to give you the tools you need to find control and comfort in your own voice at times when you need it most.
